The Good Food Box provides people in Calgary with a way to buy good quality fresh fruit and vegetables at low cost. The boxes are delivered monthly to Altadore Baptist Church; pickup days for the fall of 2017 are Wednesday, September 13th, Wednesday October 1st, Wednesday November 1st and Wednesday November 29th. The boxes come in three sizes:
- Small: $25, 25-30 lbs.
- Medium: $30, 35-40 lbs.
- Large: $35, 45-50 lbs.
